What a $375 steal!

If you are unfamiliar with the show Storage Wars, storage units are auctioned off if the owner stops paying the bills.

The abandoned storage unit in question, located in the Los Angeles area, went up for auction recently and drew a top bid of $375, according to TMZ.

It only took a few moments to realize the stuff inside belonged to Kobe Bryant, aka “Black Mamba”.

The winner found a trove of Kobe Bryant-related treasures inside, including 35 pairs of shoes, jerseys, Lakers practice gear, an all-access Lakers badge labeled, “Mamba,” tax paperwork and a mink coat.

The storage locker treasure hunters have since flipped the unit for a hefty reward, selling it to “Storage Wars” star Rene Nezhoda for $13,000, TMZ reported. The unit won’t become part of a “Storage Wars” episode, Nezhoda told the website, but he plans to sell the items through an auction house.

The news came on Kobe Bryant Day in Los Angeles — 8/24, marking his two numbers with the Lakers — and nearly seven months after the star and his daughter, Gigi, were killed in a helicopter crash.
