Kylie Jenner is cashing in on the inescapable "Rise and Shine" meme.
The 22-year-old went viral after posting a tour of her Kylie Cosmetics office, the highlight of the video being when she enters Stormi's playroom and greets her daughter by singing "riiise and shiiine." It was an adorable and amusing moment that inspired countless memes and re-enactments.

Well, Kylie is getting the last laugh. On Thursday the makeup mogul released unisex "Rise and Shine" hoodies on her offical webstore. The pieces—available in white or black for $65—feature the phrase "riiise and shiiine" as well as Kylie's face framed in a sun shape.
While Kylie wasted approximately zero time launching Rise and Shine merch, and now there are reports that she's sending cease and desist letters to companies who were using the iconic phrase before she even said it. Which is literally not true! At all!
Kylie hit Twitter to clear things up, confirming that nope...she's not suing anyone. "Guys, please don’t believe everything you read," she tweeted. "I have not sent any Rise and Shine cease and desist letters. Rise and Shine was an unexpected moment.. I had a lot of fun with it, and I have laughed so hard seeing everyone’s memes since the video came out a few weeks ago."
She also added, "there are no law suits, no cease and desist letters. Happy Sunday."

Meanwhile, the company who Kylie was said to have contacted hit Instagram to clear things up, writing "KYLIE HAS NOT SENT US ANY LETTERS. We are not being sued..All kardashian/Jenner 'hate' comments will be deleted. We do not agree with bringing people down."
Glad that's cleared up. Kay I'm going to just be here watching Rise and Shine memes, bye.
